Body Burn

This workout is all about strength! We are working the total body, focusing on the upper -body for the first half and the lower body for the second. I'm using heavier weights than usual and slowing down my rhythm. Grab your dumbbells and a mat and let's get CrazyFit!

  • Warm-up
  • 1st Half Upper Body
    6 exercises - 50 secs on/10secs off, Repeat 2X
  • 2nd Half Lower Body
    6 exercises - 50 secs on/10secs off, Repeat 2X
  • Cool-Down
