Jeff and Scott's Studio Jam

Studio Jam is a high/low workout with some really good funky-style music. I am *SO* impressed with the choreography on this tape. Excellent! The problem is, the intensity is way too low for me. If you're a beginner, or a "lower-intermediate", I'd definitely recommend this. And if you just want to try some superb choreography and you can get it at the library or through
The background is a little unsettling. It's a black-and-white pattern that moves, and the camera changes to weird angles, so it looks like they're walking in the air or something. I can live without that.
Even though it doesn't fit me, I still have to give it an A. (If not for the weird set, it would get an A+.)
