Aack! I am learning that when Collage doesn't sell a video there is usually a good reason. I bought this partly video because I have a thing for Tracy Scoggins but I can't even stand to watch it as entertainment. Mind Your Body is about an hour long workout consisting of floor aerobics followed by toning with weights. Tracy is accompanied by 1 man and 2 women. Throughout the video someone counts out loud, way past the point of annoyance. In the aerobics segment they count to eight constantly as Tracy stiltily cues, frequently AFTER the move you are supposed to make. I haven't been able to watch all the way through the toning segment because of sheer boredom, but rest assured that someone counts every single rep.

Just so you know, I am 30, male, have been working out at home and at Bally for about 2 years, and have been trying different videos for about 6 months now. To date, Firm Cardio is my standard for a pleasant but fairly tough workout that no other video has yet touched, though I do also like Cory Everson's Get Hard Arms & Shoulders.

Tracy is very nice and has an upbeat attitude, but she couldn't cue her way out of a paper bag.
