I would recommend this series to anyone. It is a great aerobic work out. You will instantly feel and see results. Your lower body will firm up and your upper body gets very defined. I am so greatful I took the chance and picked it up!

She is amazing in this four disk series. I was nervouse about getting a workout video that sounded a little risque, even though I had friends who showed great results from it. But Carmen Electra is funny, and totally understands the problem areas that we mothers need to pay attention to!
