It may be a little aged now (1990), but this is one of the best yoga workouts ever made. It's an hour of power/flow yoga that leaves you with that floaty/relaxed feeling. Roughly the first half-hour of it is power yoga and strengthening, and the second half is stretching and twisting. There is a nice shoulderstand sequence that's held for a few minutes, if you're a fan of that (I am). The set is kind of makes you say "yuk," but you don't even notice it once you start the workout. Grade A+.
