Seasonal Yoga: Fall & Winter
Reviews from VideoFitness
I bought this excellent 2-video set --Yoga for Spring and Summer; and Yoga for Fall and Winter --years ago. Since then I have searched in vain for another set on the web -- the manufacturer's website does not function any more. Finally, I see someone is selling the videos on ebay.

Although beginners can certainly learn a lot from these videos, this set is likely most useful to intermediate or advanced yoga practitioners.
Ben-Avari is awesome in this video. She has the asanas down to a science and is incredibly flexible and skilled.
This is a really nice two-part set. There is one video for Fall & Winter and another for Spring & Summer. I’m only reviewing Fall & Winter here. It’s subtitled “Advanced Asanas to the Rhythms of Nature.” I wouldn’t necessarily agree with the advanced part, but it’s definitely not a beginner’s tape, either. The postures include Triangle, Shoulderstand, Camel, Lotus, Bow, Dolphin, Headstand, and many others. It’s 45 minutes, and the instructor, Elizabeth Coston is extremely good. She shows great form and cues and explains the moves very well. This is not power yoga, but more of a relaxing and mildly strengthening workout. Unfortunately, the producer’s web site no longer exists, so I don’t know where to readily get these - but I have seen them on eBay from time to time. Grade A.
