Dance of the Kama Sutra
Reviews from VideoFitness
This is a unique workout that's a little hard for me to characterize. There are some slow, sensuous dance-inspired moves, mixed with some yoga moves and mudras. Everything is slow and relaxing. Hemalayaa treats it like a yoga practice. I would say it is "inspired by" yoga for relaxation. Beautiful set, nice music, and Hem is doing a voice-over. She talks a lot about imagining a person you love, but it doesn't have to be a lover, it could be your best friend, mother, God, whomever. Visualize him/her to get in the right frame of mind.
For the purpose of relaxation and de-stressing, I really liked it. It isn't a cardio "dance workout" like her others. It can fill in a niche for women who aren't crazy about yoga but want the effect of yoga for relaxation. (However, if you don't want to hear Hem talk about any Hindu religious stuff, skip this workout because there's a little of that in here.)
Good instruction and cueing, calm voice appropriate for the workout. She instructs alone in this one.
