~ Steady - 0% choose your run pace (4 min)
~ Cool down jog (1 min)
~ Cool down walk (1 min)
I really like the music in this one. The songs work well with hills. Like all the 20 minute workouts, it is intense and short. Because of the hills, there is less running than most of the other workouts, and more walking. But it is still intense with the incline.
