The video is so well put together. I'm so glad it has tough exercises that are great to add in to my current muscle workouts. This stuff is NEW! Thank you so much - my body is about to change because of Greg.

Wow he is in great shape. He is creative and has a nice peronsality. Where has he been hiding???

I will be getting all of his. He has Kickbox, Step, Aqua, Hi-Lo, Cardio Stack Core Attack, alot!
