I'm really glad I did Global Unity before I tried the other NIA tapes. It definitely has the best production values and is by far the most modern of the tapes.

Groovin' said copyright 1997 on the box, but the tape inside said 1991, and honestly, it looked like it could have been filmed a few years before that. Groovin' is taped in their (Carlos and Debbie Rosas) living room. What you see are two big speakers, a wall hanging, and tan carpet. Oh, and some seriously scary 80's style exercisewear in shades of teal and fushia. The music is quite "Firm Classics" in part with the horns and the synthesizers, and a reggae or salsa sound here and there. Still the workout looked fun and it really made me want to just get up and do the tape. What can I say, I think Carlos is a hoot. Still, although I still do my old, dated tapes that weren't dated (or not *so* dated) when I originally got them, I'm not interested in buying a "new" dated tape, so I won't be getting this.
