This is Volume 1 #7 in the One on One series.
The workout is approximately 46 min. long (about 11 min. for the warm up, 24 min. for the cardio, and 11 min. for the cool down/stretch). Each cardio move is done for thirty seconds.
Warm up, stretches, yoga
Squat switch stance
Twist, lunge, reach and jump
Squat knee kick
Repeat twice, total of three sets
Squat spin jump (180 degrees)
DB scoot (like suicides)
Wacky jack tires
Repeat twice
Jab, slide, uppercut (jab, shuffle forward, uppercut)
Low block, hammer punch
Jump kick
Repeat twice
Cool down, yoga
