PiYo Define: Upper Body

Didn't feel like an upper body workout. Felt like mostly abs to be honest, with some pushups thrown in so they could call it ub. Also a bunch of things that are flashy but unnecessary, like "rolling like a ball" pilates move. I liked the lower body workout but would probably skip this ub workout in the future.
I don't usually do Beachbody workouts, but I got this set at a used book sale CHEAP, so I decided to try it. I've found that the time breakdowns for all of the Piyo workouts online are incorrect. Here is the info for Define Upper Body:

I wasn't crazy about this routine. I don't like Chalene's plank and push-up work, and I find many of the moves in this workout too rough on my shoulders.
Chalene is not my favorite instructor. I find her tolerable in these workouts, although I don't like her tendency to say "thank you!" when she asks you to do something, like go lower. There is a modifier in all the Piyo routines, Michelle. She generally does a good job, although she looks more like she is holding back versus modifying.
