Prenatal Kundalini Yoga and Meditation for Mothers to Be
Reviews from VideoFitness
I'm early in my pregnancy, but I didn't feel like modifying the Ravi & Ana workout I was going to do by eliminating breath of fire. So I did this workout just yesterday and really liked it.
I already own Kundalini Yoga with Gurmukh, so I was ready for a nice outdoorsy set and a little more "woo woo" than my normal yoga, but this was not an easy, just sit and meditate workout. You are on the move, but gently, and there are a lot of exercises for the legs, which I wasn't expecting. I definitely got a little glowy.
I liked that the workout was mostly active work, very little meditation or chanting. It also helped that the pregnant women weren't supermodels who still wear a size 2 with a cute little accessory baby bump.
I give this one an A+. It's great for all stages of pregnancy, and I love how Gurmukh says that whatever you can do is okay. :)
Gurmukh is the famed prenatal yoga instructor from California with the white turban and radiant skin. Her voice is so nice and soothing, and her instruction is great.
