This workout was a lot of fun. I have to give it that.

But I was disappointed in it, because as a workout for the upper body I did not feel that it works. There is not much organization of the upper body work and it was too heavy on the shoulders while not spending as much time on chest or back as I wanted. Also there is plenty of lower body work in this one as well.

I was hoping that this would fit in as a second workout for the upper body in a weekly rotation, maybe with one total body workout and the RWH lower body circuit. But as it is, I would only try to fit it in with heavier splits (and that might be hard to do).

If you like circuit workouts, and don't mind some randomness, this workout is fun. I just don't see it fitting into my rotation very well.

I tried this On Demand, and I won't be purchasing it. I will probably do it again next time I sign up, for the fun factor, but it doesn't need to be part of my collection.
