Spinervals Competition 18.0 - Aero Base Builder III
Reviews from VideoFitness
Lisa did a good job going over the sets, so I won't duplicate it.
I agree with Lisa that the first two sets are a little long. This is the only spinerval video that I feel the need to listen to something else in addition to watching the spinerval video. While it is uninteresting, I do like the longer sets as I am a triathlete. I don't expect to get the time off during the race, so this kind of gets me in that mentality. I do especially like how the sets get shorter as this helps deal with my heart rate creep.
Pretty much when it comes down to it, if I want to spend an hour doing an ABB video, I grab this one. I don't have to deal with any one legged work and I can figuratively just put my head down and grit it out if I don't feel like giving a 100% effort for a harder video or don't feel like doing the 2+ hour Spinervals 25.0 video.
Troy is good in this video. His stage presence has improved greatly from the earlier stuff.

I really couldn't appreciate this ABB workout. The sets are just too long and boring to me. I need to have some standard intervals, like those found in ABB I and II, to keep my interest up. I decided not to keep this one - especially after I purchased 26.0 (Hardcore 100) which has several sets which I found could be used for ABB type workouts.
If you really want to have a wide variety of ABB workouts, then you might want this one, but if you just want to get one or two, I would choose the first two over this one.
