Mike leads this 47 minute cardio workout in a MMA gym set with 3 background exercisers. You wont need any equipment for this workout and there are music and subtitle options.
You perform each exercise for 30 seconds to 2 minutes (often alternating sides). Exercises include: hi lo jab crosses, bob & hook, jab forward -floor touch- shuffle back, hi knees, rope pull to burpee, shuffle over hi knee back, burpees adding knee strikes at top & bottom of the move, fast pace full body crunches, duck & punch, floor touch jacks, speed skaters, 180 shuffle & rope smacks, speed shuffle & fast punches, fast kicks & butt kick run, and punch & jump switch. The workout ends with a killer move: 2 min of 1 arm Mt. climbers - oblique high knees, and sprints.
I rate this an advanced workout that really had my heart pumping! Mike keeps this workout moving right along with no wasted time, but does provide some short water breaks. His cuing & form pointers are excellent and I really loved that this hits the core and was a total sweatfest. I received this dvd to review.
