I wish she'd put ALL the instructions either at the beginning and bookmarked the workout start or at the end so they don't break up the workout. I did a longer warm-up during her warm-up instructions and continued and then stretched during the workout breakdown. Potato roll hurt my older hips so I will use a thicker mat next time.
